Freedom from Sugar Addiction Founder

Health & Wellbeing Lead (NHS), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Yoga teacher and Physical Health Specialist | BA | CiPD | CMgr MCMI | ILM |GQHP

My name is Charlotte, and I am a clinical professional specialising in hypnotherapy to help individuals unlearn unhelpful habits at a subconscious level. My work offers an alternative to the exhausting cycle of yo‑yo dieting by supporting people to build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food.

My career and business are rooted in a deep passion for health, wellbeing and empowerment. I support individuals to take ownership of their psychological, physical, hormonal, mental and emotional wellbeing so they can live with greater confidence and balance.

Over a decade ago, I founded the Freedom from Sugar Addiction Programme after years of dedicated research into this specialist area. The programme is designed to free both mind and body in a natural, sustainable way. Rather than relying on restrictive diets, it focuses on retraining the brain through a blend of coaching and hypnotherapy.

The result is a powerful shift in how you think, feel and behave around sugary foods — enabling long‑term change rather than short‑term willpower.

Are you ready to break free from the cycle of diets, guilt and frustration, and step into a healthier relationship with yourself?

Have any questions or queries about the programme or support available? Book a consultation with me to discuss your needs.
