What we do

The programme is delivered on a 1:1 basis , through an x7 hrs online programme.

This is delivered through Zoom and can be access through your smartphone, computer or tablet.

The 1 day online program combines coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and hypnotherapy to help individuals understand their eating patterns, address any underlying fears or emotional triggers related to food, and reprogram their subconscious mind to develop healthier habits.

What happens during the programme?

We will use the learn | unlearn | relearn process: 

LEARN We will explore your relationship with food and identify the root cause of your addiction and why it has occurred. 

UNLEARN  We will then address the underlying beliefs around your eating habits and challenge your thinking a way that has never been exposed before. 

RELEARN We will then reprogram your mind using both hypnosis and neuroscience so that you gain the empowerment, self-awareness, and ability to making mindful choices needed to gain freedom from your sugar addiction.
